By purchasing subscription to Rigorous Themes, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and condition described below.
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You may use your purchased theme on as many websites as you like. Please check your license.txt in your theme folder after you download it.
Rigorous Themes provides an API key which can be used for receiving automatic theme updates. The API key is an auto generated unique key which is valid for one site per purchase that you buy from your Rigorous Themes account. You can use Manual update for multiple websites.
All our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
Support Membership Subscription
There are 3 different type of Support Membership Subscription: One Month, 3 Months and Yearly Subscription.
Theme Subscription Renewal
All our premium theme comes with 1 year manual renewal subscription. Theme subscription is an optional but we recommend you to get it renew if you want to get updates of the theme and support forum access.
Please take note, in most of the cases you need to manually renew your subscription. As we have run auto expiry of subscription upon the completion of subscription date.
Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We reserves the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
Theme updates are available only to active members who have made an individual theme purchase or have support membership.
Our themes are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our themes.
Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.0 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 5.2.4 or greater (recommended: PHP 5.4 or greater) and MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater). Our themes have been tested to work on Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 10 and above
Our theme packages include support. After you purchased your theme from this website you will receive access to the Rigorous Themes support forums and Support Ticket. There you can post any pre-sales questions and theme related problems indicating your WordPress version and the URL of the site the theme are installed on. But we don’t offer support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
Rigorous Themes video tutorials are created to help you publish online using WordPress. Downloading or distributing our video tutorials is illegal.
Rigorous Themes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Since Rigorous Themes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we issue refunds case by case basis only. Refund has to be processed within 15 days of purchase order. Our sales and support will try to solve your issues and if you are not satisfied then we will refund issue.
